The booth, operated by the Theater Development Fund, will be in the MetroTech Center in downtown Brooklyn at the corner of Jay Street and Myrtle Avenue. For the most part, it will operate like the two other TKTS booths in Times Square and at the South Street Seaport, except that it will also sell tickets to Brooklyn arts events, like productions at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. The renovated TKTS booth in Times Square is scheduled to open later this summer.
